The Nine Arch Bridge in Ella, also known as the "Bridge in the Sky," is one of the most photographed landmarks in Sri Lanka. It serves as a beautiful viaduct on the Main Line between Ella and Demodara stations.

It is called "Ahas Namaye Palama" in Sinhala, meaning "Nine Skies Bridge." When you stand underneath and look up, you can see the sky through the nine distinct arches.

It stands at a height of about 80–100 feet (30m) and spans 300 feet (91m) in length, cutting a curved path through the dense jungle and tea plantations.
